2) Scope
These Terms apply to purchases made on www.greatrobot.eu and govern the sale (and where applicable, rental) of products and related services to consumers (B2C) and business customers (B2B). By placing an order, you accept these Terms.
3) Products, Availability & Pricing
- All available products are listed on our website. Technical specifications, compatibility, and intended use are provided on product pages.
- If prices are not displayed, please send us an inquiry—pricing may depend on order quantity, type of use (home, educational, professional, commercial), and whether you choose a rental or purchase model.
- Prices are shown in EUR and, unless stated otherwise, include VAT for EU consumers.
- We may update product data and prices at any time. In case of obvious errors (e.g., pricing or description) or stock unavailability, we may cancel the order after notifying you.
4) Ordering & Contract Formation
- Orders can be placed as a guest or as a registered user. You must provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact details.
- The contract is concluded when we confirm your order (order confirmation email). For bank transfer payments, processing starts after full funds are received.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (e.g., suspected fraud, unavailability, obvious mistakes). Any payments received will be refunded in such cases.
5) Payment Methods
- Credit cards (processed via our secure payment gateway).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — payment directly to the GLS courier upon delivery (COD surcharge applies per country; see Section 6).
- Bank transfer (pro-forma invoice) — must be fully settled prior to shipment. Transfer fees are borne by the customer; please ensure the net invoice amount is received.
Invoices are issued electronically (PDF) to the email provided or enclosed with the delivery as applicable.
6) Shipping & Delivery (GLS)
We use GLS as our logistics partner. Shipping fees and COD surcharges are as follows:
Slovenia (SI)
- Free shipping on orders above €100
- €5 shipping on orders below €100
- COD surcharge: €2
Croatia (HR)
- Free shipping on orders above €150
- €10 shipping on orders below €150
- COD surcharge: €5
Serbia (RS)
- Free shipping on orders above €150
- €20 shipping on orders below €150
- COD surcharge: €5
Other European countries
- Free shipping on orders above €200
- €20 shipping on orders below €200
- COD surcharge: €5
Outside Europe: We currently do not ship outside Europe.
Dispatch & lead times. In-stock items typically dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (or order confirmation for COD). You will receive tracking where available. Delivery times depend on destination and carrier operations.
Delivery & inspection. On receipt, please inspect the parcel. For visible transport damage, note it with the courier and notify us promptly (preferably within 48 hours) with photos so we can assist.
7) Right of Withdrawal (Consumers) & Returns
Consumers (B2C) — EU right of withdrawal:
- You may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days from delivery without giving any reason.
- To exercise the right, send an unambiguous statement by email to info@greatrobot.eu within the 14-day period.
- Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. You bear the direct cost of return unless we instruct otherwise.
- Refunds are issued within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, but we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return.
- Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, complete with original packaging, accessories, and documentation. We may deduct diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature/characteristics/functioning of the goods.
Business customers (B2B):
- No statutory right of withdrawal applies. Returns are subject to our prior written agreement and may be subject to inspection and a restocking fee.
Incorrect, damaged, or incomplete deliveries:
- Please notify us as soon as possible (preferably within 48 hours of delivery) with details and photos. We will arrange a remedy (repair, replacement, missing items, or refund) according to the situation.
8) Warranty, Service & Support
- Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and/or statutory rights as applicable. Warranty terms may vary by product category (e.g., professional robots vs. consumer accessories).
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, consumables, improper use, unauthorised modifications, or damage from incorrect installation or maintenance contrary to the user manual.
- For service, spare parts, and consumables, contact info@greatrobot.eu with order details and a fault description. We will provide RMA instructions where needed.
9) Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., lost profits, downtime) unless liability cannot be excluded under mandatory law. Our aggregate liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for the products concerned, except where prohibited by law.
10) Customs, Duties & Taxes
Shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices.
11) Complaints & Dispute Resolution
- For questions or complaints, contact info@greatrobot.eu. We aim to respond within 5 business days and will keep you informed until resolved.
- We prioritise amicable resolution. Failing that, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Slovenia, under Slovenian law and applicable EU consumer protection rules.
- GreatRobot d.o.o. currently does not recognise any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent, within the meaning of the relevant legislation.
12) Changes to These Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time. The current version is the one published on www.greatrobot.eu at the moment of your order.
