At GreatRobot, we offer flexible acquisition options for cleaning and service robots so that every business can adopt robotics the way it makes the most sense — operationally and financially.
All options include onboarding, setup, mapping, training, warranty, and local technical support.

1) Monthly Rental

Includes everything you need to run the robot — without ownership obligations.

What’s included

• Use of the robot for the entire rental period

• Software licence & updates

• Onboarding: delivery, mapping, setup, staff training

• Remote technical support (response in 24h on working days)

• On-site servicing (technician arrival within 48h)

• 24-month warranty valid for the entire rental period

• Guaranteed repair of hardware & software defects

Not included

• Consumables (brushes, filters, squeegees)

• Damage caused by misuse, water in electronics, collisions

• Non-warranty repairs

• Travel costs for extraordinary service visits

Customer responsibilities

• Daily maintenance (empty wastewater, refill clean water, clean brushes/filters, basic cleaning)

• Provide safe operating conditions

Pricing structure

• Fixed monthly fee

• Option for seasonal or short-term rental (3–12 months)

Option at the end of rental

• Buyout available — rental payments are credited toward the purchase price (up to 12 months).

2) Full Purchase (Own the Robot From Day One)

The most cost-effective model over 3–5 years.

What’s included

• Full ownership of the robot

• Delivery, installation, mapping & staff training

• 24-month full warranty on hardware & software

• Software updates

• Remote diagnostics (phone/video/email)

• On-site technician visit within 48h if needed

Optional services

• Quarterly preventive maintenance (recommended):
  Includes complete cleaning, mechanical check, system updates, test cleaning, staff consultation.

Customer responsibilities

• Correct use of the robot

• Daily maintenance (identical to rental)

• Safe operating environment

3) Rent-to-Own (Hybrid Model)
